1-on-1 Somatiq Breathwork
Break through your stuck emotions by engaging in the art of SomatiQ Release!
Service Description
Daniel is a Somatic Breathwork practitioner, traditional kaula tantra yoga teacher, ceremonial space curator, meditation guide and wanderluster. It's his deep belief that every human being is a fractal of the Divine. This inherit divinity means that the keys to our own healing and transformation lay deep inside each one of us. His desire is to create sacred, safe, and fun environments that lead to experiences which allow people to find their way back to their true, authentic, joyful self. Safety, curiosity, exploration, and love are the core values that he lives by. What to expect SomatIQ Breathwork is a full embodiment experience designed to help you release stress, trauma, emotions, and stuck energy from the soma, the body. It is a modality that utilizes your own breath to help shed the layers of yourself that are no longer serving your highest purpose. SomatiQ Breathwork uses a circular connected breath pattern to tap into your body's innate intelligence and find the areas that are ready to be cleared. The first half of the session focuses on deep breathing in and out through the mouth. Combing this type of breath with immersive music may result in different forms of cathartic emotional releases such as laughing, shaking, crying, yelling, and singing. All forms of expression are encouraged because it allows the body to tap into and move any stagnant energy. This allows space to be created in the body for the second half of the session for repatterning and growth. A gentler breathing technique is used in the second half of the session to help you connect with who you truly are. Together we can use the breath to call in how you want to show up in the world, the changes you want to embody, and allow you to see clearly what it would be like to live your fullest life. The entire session will last around 90 minutes. 15 minutes for introductions, questions, grounding exercise and intention setting 60 minutes for the Somatic Breathwork Journey 15 minutes for integration, sharing circle, and any last closing remarks What to bring/How to prepare Water bottle with water a journal yoga mat and blanket wear loose comfy clothing Try you best not to eat 2 hours before the event Ensure that you have free space and time to yourself after the event
