Sunday Phlow

Where micro movements turn into macro releases and re-alignments. Sophia carries a profound wisdom of the human body. Her cues aim to draw you deep into your subconscious, where your body's wisdom is given the permission to flow safely in alignment to it's unique rhythm of breath and pattern of movement. Each student is encouraged to "Phlow" freely to the beat of their own drum, and all levels are safe to attend this program. Sometimes the practice is spicy, but it opts out of the repetition of traditional Vinyasa and offers a fusion of dance, moving meditations, and group interaction.
