Yoga Surf Meditation Reiki
A yoga studio that goes far beyond just a studio. Sophia Pickett, Founder/Surf Coach/Reiki Master/LMT, believes that every individual has their own unique flow. She strives to make what the Daoists call "wui-wei," or the flow state, available to everyone. While Sophlow does offer strenuous physical practices such as surfing and vinyasa yoga, we also allow students to reach that same state of flow through meditation, breath-work, mantra repetition, and energy healing. Through years of world-wide travels and teaching, Sophia has realized meditation is not always found in stillness, peace is sometimes found in yelling, and healing is a direct effect of love and laughter.
Studio is open for appointment Monday - Friday 8 am - 8 pm. For all yoga, surf lesson and massage therapy inquiries call, email or text. Public classes are being offered both in-studio and various outside locations, so subscribe to the mailing list and be amongst the first to know when magic is happening! Weekly schedule can be found below.
Every week the phlow changes in order to keep things new and phresh. Drop-ins are absolutely allowed. We'd just love to see you.
All classes in-house are $15, or class passes can be purchased at the studio
Private classes are a wonderful way to begin your yoga practice, nurture an injury, or connect intimately with family & friends.
