Love Yourself and start the new year with a Complete Practice to set a tone and an intention to care for yourself and go within. When we are cared for and centered, our potential to achieve our deepest desires becomes infinite. Discover or rediscover the other aspects of Yoga, beyond the physical practice of postures- asanas. Yoga is a way of life, a philosophy that comprehends different physical practices as well as spiritual ones while following ethical guidelines.
In this 2 hour 15 min New Year Workshop we will come together and get to practice some of the daily activities of a Yogi. The goal is to find or maintain a balance between Body and Mind in all areas of life and to cultivate inner peace and well-being.

- Pranayama sequence - Breathwork
- Guided Meditation
- Asana sequence- Yoga
- Savasana with Sound- A long restorative final Relaxation with an Integrative Sound Bath.
