About the event

Join Daniel Henry and Agathe Banche on an enriching and nourishing offering into the flesh & the central nervous system. We'll first awaken into the unknown layers of soma through powerfully conscious breathwork guided by Dan, then integrate into a deep sonic massage with Agathe.

About your practitioners -

Daniel Henry -

Tantra Yoga - I received my 500hr RYT certification at Durgas Tiger School of Tantra, Yoga,

Art, and Shamanism. This ancient form of yoga asana focuses on deep and slow breathing,

long breath holds, and a simplified asana sequence that allows the participant to sink deeper

into the realms of space and subtle energy found in the body. This allows the student to find

their own unique way of expressing and feeling without the pressure of performing. I’ve taken

the original heart of the sequence I was taught and created a unique blend that will allow

modern yogis to be able to drop back into the felt sense of their knowing body and increase their

peace and intuitive wisdom.

Somatic Release Breathwork - I received my breathwork certification in Somatic Release

Breathwork. Somatic Release Breathwork reconnects the power of our mind back to the innate

wisdom of the body, offering an experiential and transformational approach to growth and

healing. Rooted in neuroscience this approach uses somatic-based breathwork, bodywork, and

coaching techniques to safely identify and address undigested emotions, physical tension, and

limiting stories that are laying dormant in the body. By developing somatic sensing skills

participants move toward clarity and authentic alignment.

Agathe Banche - Agathe is a dedicated meditation practitioner and facilitator. She has studied for years with Tibetan Buddhist monks, as well as different lineages in Yoga. She attended many 10 to 17 day silent retreats in the Himalayas in India, where she encountered The Dalai Lama. She then deepened her knowledge to study and practice Yoga and Meditation at Hridaya, a great school in Mexico.

She is also a Sound Healing facilitator and a Sound Therapy Practitioner. She studied with the pioneer Masters in the U.S. , Don Conreaux and Dr John Beaulieu in New York City; and learned Singing Bowls Therapy in Delhi, India.

She has been a yogi for many years, learning the various practices and was fortunate to study with great master teachers in India, Mexico and NYC. During her journey she also learned about Meridian Yoga Therapy and acupressure with her Yoga teacher Rose Erin Vaughan who is a yogi master and a gifted Doctor of Acupuncture in NYC. She has taught in Bali, Mexico, Paris and NYC and started teaching in Vero Beach/Sebastian at the end of 2022 when she relocated to the area.

It is her pleasure to curate classes in order to offer participants a safe and comforting experience while exposing them to new effective wellness practices. The beauty of Meditation, Sound Healing Therapy and Yoga is that there are so many different lineages and practices to choose from and adapt to everyone’s needs and interests.
