An incredible weekend retreat hosted by Sophlow Yoga and Sebastian Inlet Surf Shop. Do you feel called to enter into the labyrinth of live oaks, sea grapes and the sea? Compelled to spend a weekend camping, phlowing and surfing in the company of like-minded women? Are you ready to embrace the liberation of learning new skills and improving your condition (physical, mental, and interpersonal) through intentional exercise, comradery and foods? Then this weekend is for you! Book the entire weekend, or join us for an hour or an evening of activities. ALL events will be taking place at the Sebastian Inlet Surf and Sport Surf Shop. For morning Yoga beach access look for the Sophlow Mobile (Black Subaru) parked on a1a and enter at subsequent beach trail. Look for individual event tickets for descriptions. BYO camping material is included in Weekend Pass, and glamping options include an RV and a Van with capacity of 4 women each. Once booking is made, you will receive an email to confirm your preferred accommodations. Note that tickets will only be available as space is available. Once 20 weekend, half or day passes are sold we will only open individual class and workshop tickets.
