About the event
Join DJ Lance-O and Sophlow Yoga for a mixing of arts. Reggae music guides our phlow yoga under the oaks. Expect gentle, loosening movement suitable for any level of practitioner/dancer. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a donation (suggested $10-30 value). Event is rain or shine, cold or warm, sunshine or cloudy day! No prior sign-up/ticket purchase needed, but if it makes you feel better we've got the option.
