Full Moon Celebration

We begin our cosmic journey at 6 pm with an uplifting and heart-opening Vinyasa Phlow led by Callie Trautman, Teacher, Doula, "Moon Mama." After opening our bodies to the rhythms of our breath we will deepen this "flow state" through an ecstatic dance. Flint Blade begins his set slowly as we awaken from our state of Savasana, and those who attended yoga can filter out as those who are attending the entire evening begin to move in alignment to his ethereal mix. The beats intensify and incorporate live drum mixing and the "Chapman Stick," or Flint's signature 6-stringed guitar as we climax into the set. Sweat cleanses the skin and the spirit soars as we wind our movements back down for a sweet synergizing of sound. Carly Cappelluzzo, sound healer, yoga instructor, and professional artist will be accompanied by Flint and Sophlow to thoroughly wash and bathe the group in high frequency instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs, Native American Flute and didgeridoo.
