Sophia Pickett and Callie's combination of Intuitive Guidance, Yoga, Sound Healing and Meditation Circle with Reiki Assistance will enhance this full moon's pull towards clarity, calm and release of angst.
Callie Trautman's vinyasa yoga class is a nurturing and calming experience. She begins the class with guidance cards, and sometimes a sip of tea, pulling us into a few moments of meditation, of connecting with your breath and setting an intention for the practice ahead. She then guides the class through a series of sun salutations, focusing on proper alignment and breath. She encourages students to move at their own pace and to listen to their bodies.
Sophia is a multi-talented individual with expertise in various holistic practices. She is a Massage Therapist (Reiki Master in Usui & Holy Fire Lineages), Tarot reader, and Yoga Instructor. Sophia (Sophlow) is dedicated to helping others achieve balance and wellness through energy work…
