Harvest Full Moon Celebration

This event, happening at a private indoor/outdoor venue in Sebastian FL is a perfect opportunity to integrate and harness the frequencies of our Autumnal Equinox and September Full "Harvest" Moon.

6 pm Phlow Yoga taught by Sophlow. Sophia seamlessly combines breath, movement and intuition to offer a simple guided vinyasa class to tune practitioners into their bodies needs.

7 pm Cacao Ceremony hosted by Astrologer, Herbalist and Teacher Ashley Reyes. Along with Sophia (Sophlow), Ashley will highlight the mythological, numerological and astrological significance of this auspicious evening.

8 pm Ecstatic Dance begins, curated/mixed by multiple hands and played on surround sound speakers placed in all 4 corners of our sanctuary in order to allow a full immersive experience.
