Lunar New Year Celebration Kintsugi, Phlow & Sound

- 11 am Opening Kintsugi Meditation -

In addition to exploring the dragon's significance, we will also delve into the Japanese art of Kintsugi. This 15th-century practice, which translates to "to join with gold," teaches us to stay positive when things fall apart and to appreciate the flaws and missteps of life. Carolyn Raitt, LMT, MLD-C, PCC, Founder of Ocean Sands Wellness, will lead us through the creative process of Kintsugi, where we will let go of what no longer serves us and manifest our own personal power, luck, and strength as we move forward into 2024. She will share her personal experience with Kintsugi healing as a suicide loss survivor and guide us through an exercise to release and renew our emotional selves. You will leave with a one-of-a-kind bowl to honor your journey and resilience.

- 12 pm Phlow -

Sophia carries our processing hearts out of our minds, and into our bodies. This class will be slow, yet strong, so that we may gently challenge ourselves in order to re-attune our mental programming to possibility, and re-align our bodies to be able to endure the inevitable changes to come. Embrace only the postures that serve you, and join us in a liberated movement practice that will leave you feeling fabulous!

Agathe will close our magical weekend with her incredible offering that features instruments such as Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drums, the Shruti Box, Tuning Forks, Gongs and more.
