A well awaited return of this wonderful offering is here! Samantha Arocho & Sophlow, both certified LMTs, enhance a 2 hour Restorative Yoga class with massage. As you lay in supported poses with bolsters, blocks and blankets, Sophia and Sammi will move through the room and stretch, friction and smooth out any tension your body shows our trained eyes.
