Mommy & Me Yoga with Live Music

There are no expectations for your child(ren) to behave or for you to perform. We will open the doors to all ages and experience levels, Kacy will enchant the room with her beautiful voice, and Sophia will guide gentle partner movements for mother's to practice with their newborns, toddlers or littles! If you have more than one you can creatively integrate them all into your practice. This is a stress free zone so if your child is known for running around the room, so be it! We want YOU to have an enjoyable time together with fellow mothers and children.
