About the event
The unique practice of Phlow follows the rule of pranadrstasana. The breath follows the attention and guides the positioning of the body. Using your breath as your guide, Sophlow will take you through a moving meditation on the cozy porch of Giving Tree. As an up & coming restaurant, Giving Tree is hosting this one-of-a-kind event to showcase their new tapas and elixir menu. Far more than simply a coffee shop, Giving Tree's co-owner Richard has crafted a special menu that focuses on health conscious eating. He blends his culinary expertise from having built restaurants in Medellin, Colombia, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and you may remember Blue Agave right here in downtown Vero.
The practice of Yoga, followed by Latin Tapas and Organic Teas will leave you feeling satiated, energized, and closer to community!
Doors open at 5:30 pm. Yoga will begin at 6 pm.
