RESTORE - Massage + Sound Assisted Yoga

Agathe and Sophia combine their knowledge of the ancient healing arts of massage and sound to offer an unforgettable gift to their students. Putting themselves aside, Sophia (Sophlow) and Aggie will carefully place you into a fully supported restorative yoga pose using bolsters, blocks and blankets, then proceed to shower you with not only literal massage through Sophia's professional touch, but high frequency tissue massage by the wash of Agathe's instruments. Her array includes, but is not limited to gongs, tibetan and crystal singing bowls, the shruti box, rain makers and tuning forks.  As a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA 95747), Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master Teacher in Ussui and Holy Fire Lineages, Craniosacral, Somatoemotional Release, Theta and Thai practitioner, Sophia has both an extensive education on anatomy, and an intuitive understanding for what the body needs. Her hands are led by her heart as she makes her way around the room to give each student what he/she needs.

Agathe is a trained Sound Healer, Meditation and Yoga teacher. From masters of sound healing in New York, to masters of the mind in Tibet, she has walked the world of healing for years and sought the greatest teachers of the globe. Students can expect to be soothingly and lovingly brought to the depths of the subconscious through her incredible guidance of rhythms and sounds.
