We invite you to an incredible day retreat. The creative, intuitive and artistic minds of these incredible facilitators, speakers, and guides.

The day is being hosted by 9 different guides, inside two amazing spaces; Spark of Divine and Raw Space. Both of these buildings are more than simple event spaces, they are creative portals that have been consecrated for over a decade. Located in the same building in downtown Vero, we'll spend the first official day of Winter dancing between transformative events, conversations and spaces.

12 pm OPENING CEREMONY

Aubrey Thorne, an astrologer and breathwork facilitator, will present a brief overview of the astrological outlook for the Winter Solstice, highlighting the promising prospects for 2024. Winter, a time for introspection and reflection, embodies the essence of Capricorn: understanding life's limitations and finding determination and empowerment through control and clarity.We will embed these qualities through an invigorating Phlow practice guided by Sophia Pickett, Creatrix of Sophlow. As class winds down we begin to bend and fold, tuning our bodies into the comfort and safety of the subtle heartbeat. Aubrey returns to guide us through a transformative 30-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork session. This technique helps release negative emotions and thoughts, facilitating healing and joy through a simple, effective breathing pattern. Initiate major shifts in your BodyMindSpirit, promoting relaxation and a deeper connection to yourSelf.

2:30 pm TORCH VISUALIZATION MEDITATION

Monica Reyes, Spoken Word Artist, Speaker, and Psychosynthesis Transpersonal Coach will guide us through a powerful activation for calling in the torch. We'll plant seeds and establish our co-creative force upon this Earth plane.

3 pm DRAW YOUR WINTER AND SPRING LANDSCAPES

Gabriela Hernandez and Christina carry us through the actualization of our meditation. We are guided through a drawing of what our own Winter feels like, finding balance with the hopeful imagery of upcoming spring delicately woven into the creative process.

6 pm VOCAL ACTIVATION

Agathe is a dedicated meditation practitioner, Sound Healing facilitator and a Sound Therapy Practitioner. She will guide us into our Vocal Activation session where we will be using our voice as an instrument to entrain brainwaves to a slower rhythm where it can realign its frequencies and return to its natural state of harmony.A sequence of different practices will be offered: Chanting Ohm the Universal Sound, followed by Mantra Recitation, Breathwork, Beej Mantra Activation and concluding with a whole Body Sonic Massage performed with your own voice by the activation of the vagus nerve, humming to the soothing sound of the shruti (Indian harmonium instrument).

6:45 pm SOUND BATH

After our bodies have been warmed and opened to the sounds of our inner instruments, we lay back to be washed over by gongs, singing bowls, didgeridoos, tuning forks and a wide array of instruments offered by our family of sound healers including Agathe Bliss, Carly Cappelluzzo, Sophlow, and Flint Blade. As the sounds slow from cleansing intensity to light ethereal dreamscapes, Tania Butler carries us through a hypnosis.

7:00 pm PAST LIFE REGRESSION HYPNOSIS

Tania Butler will guide us into a transcendental hypnosis meditation that will allow us to access the subconscious mind, and unlock the stories of the soul. One of these stories tells a tale of a life where we danced in celebration of the Earth, the Sun, and the Moon. We will return to a life where we danced in honor of the Winter Solstice. Tania asks a series of questions to help us gain an understanding regarding the context of this life, then as Flint begins his set we will be guided to dance as our ancestors did, as only our soul knows how.

7:30 pm ECSTATIC DANCE

Our eyes may remain closed as we allow our bodies to be carried by the unique sounds of Flint Blade. Flint Blade is best known for creating live, uplifting soundscapes of voice, beatbox and the Chapman Stick - a unique guitar/bass tapping instrument. He will mix live looping, as well as an electronic mix of carefully curated songs to keep our bodies moving in celebratory bliss. Ecstatic Dance offers us an escape from rigid choreographed dance routines and a lively shift from our casual bar scenes. It is an invitation to move your body in any way, shape or form. Free from the pressure of performance or cameras, we are safe to explore the rhythms of energetic highs, or retreat into cozy low tempo movements as the music carries us through the stages of life.
