Sophlow Summer

Classes inspired by the slow, grounding practice of Hatha Yoga. Each week will learn techniques for centering our central nervous system, sustaining our energy levels throughout the week, and co-existing harmoniously with our fellow yogis and yoginis.

Dress comfortably, bring your own yoga mat/blanket/prop(s). Classes are indoors, located near 510 and US1 in Wabasso Beach, FL. Exact location will be disclosed once you've signed up/reached out. Must RSVP to attend. Classes are by donation, attendees are encouraged to bring a minimum of $10 or equivalent of $10 worth of goods in exchange. Barter items accepted include locally grown produce, eggs, beauty projects, medicines, meats. Handcrafted art pieces, baked goods, gardening material, instruments, surfboards, building/art supplies. Trade opportunities include body work, yard work, skilled labor. All talents/crafts/goods will be considered. Value will be agreed upon and deducted from future classes if value of exchanged item/trade exceed a daily drop-in amount.
