Sound Healing Saturdays

Brianna is excited to bring the power of sound healing to Sophlow Yoga. As a physical therapist with a speciality in pelvic health and a pilates instructor, she recognizes the importance of a holistic approach to bring the body and mind into balance.

The vibrational sound healing sessions will begin with gentle movement and stretches to initiate mind body connection, followed by use of the singing bowls. The bowls are placed on or around you and rung, sending the healing vibrations right through the body. The vibrations created by the singing bowls slow down the respiratory system, calm the nervous system, lower the heart rate, and relax the brainwave patterns. The overall effect is a lovely sense of deep well-being, improved sleep, and reduced stress and anxiety.
