About the event

An evening you won't want to miss! This evening has divine timing written all over it. Falling on the auspicious evening one day after the Summer Solstice, on the night of the first full moon of Summer! Together we gather to celebrate a necessary ending, as well as a wonderous new beginning.

6:30 pm Arrival at the Sebastian Inlet Surf Shop. Please park in the parking lot and you will be ushered to the ocean in groups.

7 pm Yoga - Sophlow tunes us into our intuition and welcomes us to join a gentle flow to align breath, body, mind + Earth

8 pm Cacao Ceremony - The synergy continues as we invite in the heart-opening ally of Cacao with breath, voice and intention

8:30 pm Ecstatic Dance - DJ C - Lioness carries us through transcendental dance as we peel away layers of inhibition under the moonlight

10 pm Sound Bath - Carly Cappelluzzo bathes us alongside the ocean as we integrate and cleanse the energies of the evening

Donations are at a suggested minimum of $30. Many hands are coming together to create this moment for us to delight in. Nonetheless, no one will be turned away. Due to fees associated with online payments we ask that donations of lesser than $30 be brought in cash, or made on venmo to @sophlowyoga.

If you arrive after 6:50, park at the surf shop (DO NOT ENTER SURF SHOP AFTER 6:30), and walk North (to the left of parking

lot if you're facing the beach) alongside A1A for approximately 25 yards and you'll cross when you pass the farm on the West (left) and house on the East (right) in the middle of the no parking signs. There is a little path to the beach where you can find us! If you walk for more than 2 minutes, you've gone too far.
