Tantra Yoga & Sound

Daniel initiates the evening with a traditional Kaula Tantra Yoga Sequence within which you are taken deep into the subtle esoteric body through masterful guidance. After warming Sun Salutations, harmonizing Hatha yoga poses, and activating breathwork, we are given the blissful reward of a soundbath to help us integrate and re-align our mind to our heightened physical state. Sound portion is facilitated by Micaela Deegan AKA Resonance Alchemy Yoga. Suggested $33 donation, pay what you can! Monthly members are encouraged to offer a donation as well. Keep the love phlowing!
