Universal Valentine's Day Celebration

Anything that isn't love is an illusion —  a Valentine celebration of Universal Love.

Fill up your Heart so as to feel the universal Heart.

A workshop to replenish, cultivate unconditional love, openness, compassion and kindness first to yourself so you can offer it to others. 

Ceremonial Cacao will be served as a Heart opener elixir. Agathe will then guide a Hridaya meditation which is a meditation on the Spiritual Heart while diving into Self-Inquiry. Shortly followed by a physical yoga practice themed as Heart opener yin class - long hold of Hatha postures concentrating onto the Stimulation of the Heart meridian from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sublimation of the Heart Chakra. 

The session will conclude with a final relaxation-Savasana supported by a Sound Bath focused onto the Heart Chakra.

This class is a love letter for your body, held in the hands of two experienced facilitators.
