Winter Solstice Celebration

The ritual begins with a beautiful Phlow Yoga class led by Sophia. After that, we dive deep into a breath-work journey with Aubrey Thorne, being guided into somatic release and emotional soothing. We'll be supported in our following Savasana with an hour of sound healing. Tibetan Bowls will be placed and played upon us by Brianna Niquette, supported by a serenade of gongs filling the space in a sonic restoration. After our tremendous physical reset, we'll settle into guided soul nourishment in the form of Kintsugi, the art of "mending with gold," guided by Carolyn Raitt, Founder of Ocean Sands Wellness. Kintsugi is a creative process where we will let go of what no longer serves us and manifest our own personal power, luck, and strength as we move forward into 2025.
